EM-Active (EMa) is the ready-to-use product and is made from 3% EM original solution, 3% sugar cane molasses and water. This mixture is fermented anaerobically at 34 – 38 °C for at least 10 days. EM-Active (EMa) has a pH value of 3.3 – 3.6. EM-Active (EMa) serves primarily as a soil additive because it promotes germination, root formation, flowering, fruit setting and maturation of plants. EM-Active (EMa) also improves the physical, chemical and biological condition of the soil and accelerates composting. EM-Active (EMa) should always be consumed very fresh, as the microorganisms are most active in the weeks after production.
